Job Description

The Software Engineer Lead Consultant architects and designs digital products using modern tools, technologies, frameworks, and systems. They apply scientific and technological knowledge, methods, and experience to the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of software. They own and manage their application in production and are ultimately accountable for the success of their digital products through achieving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in inception and iteration planning meetings, infusing backlogs with technical input while working closely with the product manager.
2. Collaborate on strategy alignment across product portfolios with product managers, peers, and stakeholders.
3. Serve as an expert in one or more business domains and advocate for multiple technology stacks, sharing knowledge across organizations.
4. Lead and participate in daily standups, retrospectives, and cross-team meetings, encouraging feedback with empathy.
5. Support software products in user environments.
6. Coach the team in practices like paired programming and test-driven development.
7. Establish and maintain continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines.

Education

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Experience

• 5 or more years of experience (preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This role does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $95,700 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

*** Total compensation includes base salary plus incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable.
