What we're looking for: • You’ve worked in an outbound call center, and you thrived. • You know how to sell, maybe not solar (yet), but you’re a closer. • You’re a tech-savvy multitasker who can juggle CRM tools, email, and a conversation. • You like to win. Like, really win. • Bonus points if you speak Spanish or know solar. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Dial like a boss: You’ll be calling warm leads and cold calls here, and turning interest into appointments (and appointments into deals). • Sell the sun: Pitch the benefits of going solar in a way that makes customers feel the savings. • Crush the competition: You’ll be armed with all the facts to beat out the other guys. • Talk the talk: Communicate clearly (and confidently) in English, and Spanish is a big plus! • Be part of a team that actually gives a damn: You'll collaborate, learn, and win together. Qualifications: Requirements: • High school diploma (Associate degree preferred, not required) • Outbound phone sales experience • Strong communication skills, written and verbal • Must live in or near Las Vegas; this is an in-office role About Company: Why Direct Solar?
