The Sr Manager Sales Strategy & Integration will be responsible for co-leading the development of the Ferrero US Sales Strategy in terms of the long-term growth plan and business enablers by trade channel. The position includes analytical responsibility, collaborating/influencing cross functional teams on key business priority initiatives/innovation platforms, and presentation management supporting the Chief Customer Officer as it relates to monthly US business reviews, Executive Operational Committee meetings with the North American Area CBO and Ferrero’s Group CEO. The role scope includes all channels of trade for the Commercial business with a focus across Ferrero’s total portfolio.
The position will be hybrid, based in our US headquarters in Parsippany, NJ and report to the Director, Sales Strategy and Broker Operations.
