Will base schedule on student's availability. Must have some availability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Answer telephone calls and assist callers.
Distribute mail.
Assist faculty and staff with clerical projects.
Other duties assigned.
Education Requirements:
In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student and enrolled in at least 6 credits per fall and spring semesters or 3 credit hours for summer semester.
Experience Requirements:
Basic keyboarding skills
Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Office or customer service experience a plus
