We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Studio Manager. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Manage and schedule staff, including Sweat Techs, to ensure adequate coverage. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Maintain studio cleanliness and organization to uphold our high standards. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. Assist in marketing efforts, including social media updates and community outreach. Conduct staff training and ensure compliance with studio policies and procedures. Perform administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting. Engage in community networking to promote the studio and foster relationships with local businesses and organizations. Qualifications: Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a wellness or fitness environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
