Logistics/Supply Chain:

Based in Clare, MI the Rogers Group is a family-owned collection of innovative businesses that provide solutions to markets ranging from sports and entertainment to in home food preservation. Utilizing core capabilities and central resources, the Rogers Group provides a unique ability to innovate.
The purpose of the Supply Chain Intern is to gain applicable career experience in a growing organization. Throughout the internship, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience in several aspects of Supply Chain Operations.

What You'll Do:

• Gain understanding of current Inventory Management system and help to improve the process.
• Work with Shipping and Receiving team to improve Warehouse efficiency to include stocking strategy and organizing work and product flow.
• Perform hands-on activities such as receiving, picking, loading, scheduling, and purchase order process.
• Develop an understanding of the Supply Chain operations and how they collaborate with other departments.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
• Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects.
• Providing solutions and efficiencies for real world problems within the manufacturing, sports and entertainment industry.

What you need:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Student involvement and/or work experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Can effectively handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills

This internship is located on-site in Clare, Michigan- StageRight.
