- **Trip Planning:** Plan and arrange all aspects of travel, including transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and additional services to create comprehensive itineraries.
- **Sales Techniques:** Use effective communication and sales strategies to present clients with attractive travel packages, including event tickets, hotel stays, airline reservations, and car rentals.
- **Customer Support:** Provide exceptional support throughout the booking process by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel planning experience.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, travel arrangements, and other relevant information to ensure efficient service.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset (sales experience is a plus)
- Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity; a laptop is recommended but not required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial, but not mandatory
