Maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications: Education : High-School Diploma or GED are required. You may be asked to provide proof of education. Licensure: Non-licensed/certified candidates may be considered. Experience : Non-24-Hour Opportunity locations May consider n on-certified candidates with applicable surgical technologist experience. 24-Hour-Opportunity locations May consider non-experienced perioperative candidates. Certifications : American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Other: Must understand English both written and spoken, must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law. Preferred Education: Successful completion of a Postsecondary certificate or associate degree in Surgical Technology from an accredited surgical technology program.
