The Role: Dive Into an Exciting Career!

At British Swim School, were not just about teaching swim lessonswere on a mission to save lives while having a blast! Our team is full of fun, energetic people who are serious about water safety and making learning fun!

As a Swim Instructor , youll receive top-notch training to teach children and adults (starting at just 3 months old) in our gentle, fun, and progressive swim program. Youll get a structured schedule , interact with kids, parents, and fellow instructors , and most importantly make a difference every single day!

What Youll Do:

Work closely with our Aquatics Manager & Business Owners
Teach engaging swim lessons using British Swim Schools unique methods
Maintain up-to-date certifications (well help you get them!)
Bring energy, enthusiasm, and FUN to every class!
Work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays (3PM-7PM) and weekends (8AM-1PM)
Be in the water for your entire shift get paid to swim!

What Were Looking For:

A fun and enthusiastic personality kids love our instructors!
Comfortable in the water (strong swimming skills are a bonus, but we can help you improve!)
Available for weekdays (3PM-7PM) and weekends (8:30AM-2PM)
High school diploma (or currently working towards one)
Passion for working with kids & making a difference!

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience working with children
Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (can be obtained during training)
1-2 years of swim experience (preferred but not required)
