Join Rebecca Schools, a network of private therapeutic day schools serving children ages 3 to 21 with neurodevelopmental delays, including autism spectrum disorders. What we offer:

• Consistent Pay: Same rate for all work, with no differentiation between billable and non-billable hours, and no reductions for patient cancellations"
• Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Monday, Thursday, and Friday, and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday. No nights or weekends."

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of the students Individualized Education (IEP)."
• Implement appropriate behavior management strategies and techniques."
• Observe/Record data related to behavioral concerns to assess/monitor the progress of the student."
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients' behavioral and developmental needs."
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your expertise in behavior management and techniques."
• Assist students within the classroom/program setting during participation in special subjects such as physical education, vocational programs, and field trips."

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age."
• Bachelors Degree
• A genuine passion for working with children, along with patience and compassion."

Preferred/Nice to have:

• Experience working with children with special needs or autism through volunteer work, employment, or other relevant experiences.
