Job Title: Team Lead / Supervisor - PM Shift
Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $25.00/hr and up, depending on experience

Job Summary: We're seeking a hands-on
Team Lead/Supervisor to oversee our PM shift operations. This is a working leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, operating equipment, and leading by example. You'll primarily run the dryers but must be willing to learn and assist in all areas of production. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities: - Operate dryers and assist with other machinery or production processes as needed
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of 3 employees during the PM shift
- Ensure all safety, quality, and production standards are met
- Train new team members across different workstations
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues; perform minor repairs or escalate as necessary
- Communicate shift updates, issues, and improvements to management
- Promote a team-oriented and productive work environment
Qualifications: - Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role in a production or manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
- Willingness to work in a hands-on role and learn all areas of the operation
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
