The State of Wisconsin is looking for a Telecommunication Analyst III.
Position overview: Looking for an experienced Telecommunication Analyst to continue our support for our business partners and people in our care. This individual will be assisting with supporting and installing telephones cellphones and other video conferencing solutions.
Required Skills & Years of Experience: 2 5 Years
Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management
Unified Communications Systems (Webex PBX ACD etc)
Mobile device support and Management
Networking Concepts (CUBE SBC SIP H323 VoIP etc)
Preferred vendor Experience:
Cisco
Mitel
Zoom
AirWatch
Apple Business Management
Microsoft
Required soft skills:
Ability to work independently but in a team environment
Able to meet deadlines
Punctual
Ability to multitask and balance their work day
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and determine a solution
Interview Process: In Person or Online via Teams
Remote or onsite: Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. This is a 95% remote position with office visits as needed.
Travel: Instate day travel in Stateowned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible but limited. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to State guidelines.
Full job description:
Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies primarily focused on telecommunications infrastructure management deployment and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking mobile desk phones and desktop technologies including but not limited to desktop applications smart phones (iOS) VoIP and PBX telecom systems. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Instate day travel in Stateowned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible but limited. This is a 100% remote position with office visits as needed. Applicants must reside within the State of Wisconsin.
