Who We Are: We’re a small but growing precision tool sharpening business with a focus on providing top-quality custom tooling services. We specialize in sharpening tools used in wood, metal, and plastic cutting. We are dedicated to delivering low-volume, high-precision results for our customers. We’re excited to bring on a new Tool Grinder to help us continue our growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Tool Grinder: Operate manual tool grinders, including resetting machines for drills and mills.
• Lead & Inspire: While leadership experience is a plus, you’ll have the potential to manage a small team in the future.
• Precision Work: Sharpen and recondition tools, ensuring high precision in every job.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints to understand and execute customer requirements.
• Collaborative Spirit: Share your knowledge with the team, helping others to improve their skills.
• Problem Solver: Be self-sufficient and ready to hit the ground running, contributing to our high standards.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2-5 years in tool grinding, with a strong understanding of tooling and machine operation.
• Blueprint Savvy: Ability to read and work from blueprints.
• Team Player: A positive attitude, good work history, and a willingness to collaborate.
• Local & Committed: Preferably live nearby and are looking for stability in your career.
• Bilingual Bonus: Polish language skills would be a big plus
