Summary:

Provides dispatching services for patient transporters. Transports patients as needed.

Responsibilities:

Receives customer requests for patient transport services and enters information into appropriate database.Assists with training new patient transport employees.Triages patient transport requests according to urgency and dispatches staff.Performs all duties outlined in the patient transporter as needed.Responds to customer service complaints or unusual occurrences and escalates concerns to transport leadership as appropriate.
