Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring 4+ years of experience and an active MA RN license.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Position is in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
• Requires working every other weekend and holidays
• Contract length is 13 weeks with options for 36 or 48-hour work weeks
• Uses Epic charting system
• Candidates must have permanent residence at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
• No validated parking is available; public parking or transportation is required with daily parking rates
• Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
• Applicants with last names starting M-Z are eligible for this order
• Holiday coverage is required per hospital policy
• Extensions may be offered at reduced rates

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active, non-conditional MA RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 4 years of RN experience required
• At least 1 year of travel and Level 1 trauma experience required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccination required with no exemptions allowed
• 2 professional references required
