Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist with ARRT certification and proficiency in EPIC EMR for a 13-week day shift assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Position is based in a community hospital with a fast-paced emergency department, operating room, and outpatient facility
• Work in the Interventional Radiology unit as a Radiology Technologist
• Day shift schedule from 08:00 to 16:30, totaling 40 hours per week
• No floating or rotating shifts required
• Caseload includes ED, OR, and outpatient interventional radiology procedures
• EPIC charting system is used in this department
• Optional call coverage is available
• Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures as a scrub RT
• Work collaboratively with a patient-centered care team in a busy clinical environment
• No previous travelers required; experienced candidates preferred
• Permanent residence must be at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston for local candidates; local rates may apply
• RTO must be declared at time of consideration
• Parking availability and costs may vary by location
• Team uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping

\n \n Requirements\n

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Current ARRT certification is required
• Active MA license required at time of consideration; conditional licenses not accepted
• Experience assisting physicians as a scrub RT in interventional radiology procedures
• AHA certifications are required
• Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations are mandatory with no religious or medical exemptions permitted
• Proof of MA licensure must be provided at the time of consideration
• License required if applicable
