RN Hospice Case Manager

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a RN Hospice Case Manager for a 13-week contract located in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Required Qualifications for this RN Hospice Case Manager Role:

• Active RN license
• 1 year experience within this specialty
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association

Details of this RN Hospice Case Manager Assignment:

• Traveler Compensation: 2348.8 gross weekly (includes weekly stipend of 1246)
• Local Hourly Rate: $ 52.75 to $ 53.75 an hour

• Number of Shifts Weekly: 5
• Expected Weekly Hours: 40
