Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Occupational Therapist to join our team in Medford, OR. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $1,567.47 to $1,615.45. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services to patients in various settings. Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state licensure in Oregon
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
