UIPATH or Blue Prism Business Analyst Location: Charlotte NC - Hybrid Duration: 6 months Rate: DOE Execute and lead the requirements gathering process to define and document the functional requirements for RPA / Intelligent Automation solutions. Develop and document process flows, use cases, and other artifacts to support Automation / Intelligent Automation solution design. Experience in working in Agile methodology and write the user stories and acceptance criteria Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and other documentation to support the development of Automation solutions. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure Automation solutions meet business needs. Act as a liaison between the IT team and the business to ensure that Automation solutions are designed and implemented in line with the business requirements. Monitor and report on Automation project progress, performance, and issues. Analyze existing processes and recommend ways to improve process efficiency using Automation solutions. Research emerging Automation technologies and trends and recommend potential solution opportunities. Develop and maintain comprehensive business process, data, and system models for Automation solutions. Train and mentor other team members in the use of Automation technologies and processes.
