UiPath Process Analyst Location: Boston, MA •Information Technology Onsite 3 days/week We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UiPath Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement UiPath solutions. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring our automation projects deliver maximum value. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using UiPath. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for automation projects. Develop detailed process documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and use cases. Write Process Design Documents (PDDs). Handle code break fixes and maintain UiPath bot products. Work closely with UiPath developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for potential automation projects. Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of UiPath automation solutions. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on UiPath solutions. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented automation solutions. Stay updated with the latest UiPath features, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) & UiPath. UiPath Analyst Certification Banking or finance experience preferred Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques. Knowledge of UiPath platform components and RPA best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
