● Invite potential research participants for various Qualitative Research, and Usability Testing initiatives
o Screen participant fit through recruitment questionnaires, emails, or phone calls
o Send thank you gifts to participants after UX Interviews
● Note taking + transcription during research sessions
● Support the UX Researcher in post-research activities, such as:
o Qualitative coding, and themes development
o Report writing and analysis
● Uncover own curiosities through executing desk research studies, surveys, or other fitting methodologies
Good working knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research and end-to-end research management
Experience with various UX Research and testing tools
A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
Superb oral communication skill — able to communicate in Filipino, and English (familiarity on other Philippine dialects is a plus)
High level of organizational, planning, time-management and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidential information using discretion and diplomacy
Self-discipline, honesty, integrity and professionalism
