Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Remote Venture Capital Tax Manager to join our team in the finance industry. As a senior tax manager with a focus on venture capital, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients in the venture capital sector. This is a permanent remote position that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities:
Provide tax consulting services to venture capital clients, including tax planning, compliance, and structuring.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and serve as their trusted tax advisor.
Review tax returns, financial statements, and other tax-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Research and analyze complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients and team members.
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate their impact to clients and team members.
Work closely with other team members to provide a high level of service to clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
CPA certification is required.
3+ years of experience in tax consulting, with a focus on venture capital.
Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations related to venture capital.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and analyze complex tax issues.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
Experience with tax software and other technology tools used in tax consulting.
