As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. Hire, train, and supervise a team of wireless sales consultants. Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
