As a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making contact with prospective Verizon customers, educating them on available products and service plans, and offering in-depth customer service to existing customers on an ongoing basis. What you'll be doing as a Verizon Customer Service Representative: Act as the direct and primary point of contact for customers. Generate sales leads and contribute to company growth by providing outstanding service. Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate client records and confirm the quality of all deliverables. Represent client interests internally and work with other teams to achieve objectives. Increase customer retention through consistent, high-quality service. Work with other Verizon Customer Service Representatives and management to improve productivity and exceed targets.
