About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP or AVP for Funds Transfer Pricing to join their Treasury department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all aspects of liquidity and funding in accordance with the Board-delegated mandate and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in driving the change agenda in funding and liquidity, working with various business and finance functions to onboard new products, adopt new technologies, and move away from legacy infrastructure. The Treasury department is organized into four main functions: Asset Liability Management, Liquidity Management, Funding, and Regulatory Liquidity Reporting and Data. The role involves ensuring the Group's businesses and legal entities can meet financial obligations, optimizing the funding mix, and maintaining adequate liquidity sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, including fund transfer pricing, interest rate risk management, and resource optimization. Candidates for the VP or AVP Funds Transfer Pricing role at the company should have a solid understanding of financial management frameworks and experience in enhancing risk management and decision-making to strengthen overall financial performance. The role requires a focus on managing risks arising from mismatches between assets and liabilities, as well as the ability to ensure complete, accurate, and timely regulatory liquidity reporting. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to the management of liquidity for the Group and its legal entities, and must be adept at maintaining adequate and readily available liquidity sources in the appropriate currencies and legal entities. A background in Treasury, particularly in the areas of funding and liquidity, is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive the change agenda in this critical function.
