Overview We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Content Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement across various digital platforms. This role requires a blend of technical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for storytelling through digital media. Duties Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, including promotional content, social media clips, interviews, tutorials, and product demos. Develop and execute a video content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives, increasing brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists to ensure cohesive messaging. Perform color correction, audio editing, and add visual effects and graphics to enhance video quality and brand consistency. Adapt and optimize video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring the best practices for each platform. Monitor video performance metrics and analyze viewer engagement data to refine content strategies and improve video effectiveness. Maintain and update a content calendar, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of video projects. Work closely with marketing, design, and copywriting teams to align video content with broader campaigns and branding efforts. Skills Bachelors degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in video editing and content strategy, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and composition in video production. Knowledge of video optimization techniques for different social media platforms. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas. Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools to assess content performance. Understanding of lighting, sound recording, and camera operation is a plus.
