• Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians: Landscaping! Which will include mowing, trimming, and pruning year round. Performs grounds maintenance on the parking lot, irrigation systems, maintaining pressure washing equipment, exterior building, and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment.
• Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians, DOT Operators: Landscaping! Which will include mowing, trimming, and pruning year round. Performs grounds maintenance on the parking lot, exterior building, and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment, include traveling to multiple locations as needed. In this role you will also safely operate a combination motor vehicle of 10,001 lbs to 26,000 lbs, requiring a valid drivers license or certification.
• Exterior Services Lead Technicians: Lead! You'll lead a team of exterior service technicians, working in partnership to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance will be instrumental in maintaining our exterior spaces, fostering a safe and clean environment for our valued customers.
• General Facilities Maintenance & Senior Technicians: You will make an impact as a maintenance technician by diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance duties for all commercial equipment to support our Walmart stores! You will be responsible to develop preventative maintenance schedules and complete assigned PMs in the timeframe outlined, as well as conduct training for Store Associates regarding care and cleaning of equipment.
