Job Description
Overview:
The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties to support daily operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: receive, unload, and process incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified). Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures. Assist team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed.Skills and Experience:
Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and punctuality, especially for early shifts.
