Job Description
We are hiring a Experienced Inventory warehouse team lead in Milton! We are looking for someone with leadership experience to join our team! Work for a company with a focus on environmental sustainability!

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing pick line projects from implementation to completion
- Manually picking and packing all designated pick line sales orders
- Pulling orders and quantity from correct location
- Utilizing hand tools to move, stack and retrieve product
- Loading and unloading product utilizing forklift
- Utilizing scanner for product movement in the warehouse
- Assist on fulfilling product orders on time
- Monitoring or auditing known problematic storage locations
- Creating and posting inventory adjustment and inventory transfer journals
- Support cycle count and physical inventory process
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a lead role within a warehouse environment
- At least 2 years' experience in an inventory control related job
- Valid forklift certification and experience with Reach, Counterbalance, and Order Picker Forklifts
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Experience using an RF scanner
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Experience using Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience working in a large warehouse setting is a strong asset
- Ability to speak Spanish and English is a strong asset but not required
Shift:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Pay rate:
- $25/hour
- Weekly pay every Friday
