Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Rotating Days (Including Every Other Weekend)

Description:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for sampling incoming raw materials and conducting routine testing in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role plays a key part in ensuring raw material quality and supports various logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sampling of powdered and liquid raw materials upon delivery to the manufacturing site.
• Utilize aseptic techniques to collect samples from a variety of containers (e.g., bags, barrels, totes).
• Conduct equipment maintenance, manage inventory and supply ordering, and perform routine sanitization cleans (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Maintain cleanroom conditions and ensure all sampling tools are kept in a sanitary state.
• Maintain detailed logbooks for sampling and cleaning activities.
• Transport materials to and from the warehouse using powered industrial equipment.
• Respond to dynamic manufacturing demands as they arise.
• Perform assays by following SOPs in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Conduct peer reviews of general data within the assigned area.
• Utilize systems including DMS, iLab, LIMS, TrackWise, and SAP.
• Serve as a qualified trainer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the primary department.
• Conduct Safety Inspection walkthroughs to support departmental compliance.
• Physically transfer consumable materials from the warehouse to workstations and process Transfer Orders in SAP to ensure accurate inventory alignment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager to support the broader Logistics Team.
