Now Hiring Warehouse Order Selectors + 2nd Chance Employer!

• $20-$21.00 Hour + Overtime Pay + Weekly paychecks via Direct Deposit

• Upon job offer, must be able to pass UA drug test that includes THC

As an Order Selector, you will be put through 1-week of paid training and will be responsible for pulling produce orders within the refrigerated warehouse

Responsibilities

• Order Picking:
  • Use voice-directed technology and electric pallet jacks to select customer orders
  • Utilize power equipment (like pallet jacks) to gather items
  • Follow specific picking procedures, including selecting, verifying, labeling, stacking, and wrapping pallets
• Performance and Efficiency:
  • Meet or exceed performance targets (KPIs)
  • Palletize and wrap merchandise
  • Load merchandise onto trucks
• Flexibility and Integrity:
  • Cross-train in different warehouse areas
  • Maintain honesty and integrity in all job duties
  • Perform other tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ year of recent warehouse + order selecting experience
• Experience using and operating motor-driven pallet jacks is REQUIRED
• Experience with RF scanner preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work Overtime hours + Weekend shifts
• Basic English (speak, read, write)
• Ability to stand, walk, talk and use repetitive motion during job duties
• Upon Job Offer, must pass drug screen that includes THC

Schedule: 8-10+ Hour Shifts | 5 Days/Week

• Day Shifts start at 8:00AM
• Mid Shifts start at 11:00AM
• Swing Shifts start at 2:00PM
• Night Shifts start at 6:00PM

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week

Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly
