Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking dependable candidates to join our warehouse. The individual(s) must be team oriented with the ability to work in an exciting, fast-paced work environment. This role contributes to our success by packaging finished products produced by our production team while following company procedures, ensuring quality measures are met, and assisting and supporting the other staff as needed. Success in this position requires good communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a good sense of awareness of surroundings. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Ensure that customer requirements for packaging are met and that any specific packing slips are included with the orders.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Identify, separate, label and palletize products for relocation to appropriate areas.
• Ensure proper product pricing by tagging, ticketing and labeling with appropriate UPCs on corresponding products.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete diary logs into inventory.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse management, leads, and QC and report any issues, concerns or discrepancies.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Comply with all job-related ISO quality procedures and specifications.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a warehouse worker is preferred.
• Must communicate fluently in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to comply with written information and documents such as company communications, policies, procedure manuals, and work instructions.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis with the ability to twist, bend, reach, squat, climb stairs, and stand for several hours at a time.
• Possess basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to accurately complete daily records.
• Must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including overtime and weekends during periods of high volume.
• High attention to detail.
• Must be 18+ years of age and have reliable transportation.
