Floor Production - Repack Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Floor Production - Repack Supervisor to lead teams in providing direction and leadership to drive performance in various areas in ecommerce repack "kitting" operations. Ensure optimum levels of productivity and quality
are maintained while maintaining a safe work environment for all associates.
Essential Functions: - Provide an amazing working atmosphere by motivating and engaging the work crew to help service our customers on production floor to include: set-up of orders for raw material picking, Kitting, Staging and shipping out orders
- Delegate work according to daily plan and organize repack/Kitting production schedules based on priority of orders and confirmed scheduled pick-up dates
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt of all inbound shipments including transfers from other company warehouses throughout the receiving area to maintain an efficient flow of merchandise through the warehouse operation
- Provide on-going training, coaching and guidance to production repack/kitting hourly teams to ensure proper execution of daily work tasks that drive quality efficiency, safety and service initiatives
- Partner with facility management in the daily activities of the distribution center and pick/pack area
- Utilize RF equipment as required to perform job duties and assigned tasks
- Become a Superuser of High Jump WMS and Monday for daily tasks and track performance
- Monitor & analyze order and label accuracy and take appropriate actions to address and identified issues
- Set the agenda for daily huddles and weekly meetings, communicating goals, objectives and company directives.
- Ensure associate safety through education and training, promoting safety awareness and accountability, and addressing risks
- Comply with all GMP, Safety/ OSHA training, rules, and reporting; ensuring a safe work environment
Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years leadership experience in logistics/Supply Chain or warehouse Operations
- Experience using RF technology, computerized inventory systems or demonstrated understanding of WMS. High Jump/Manhattan/JDA WMS
- PITO Forklifts (Hi-Lo, Sit down, Picker, Rider Jack, etc...) certified or ability to be certified within reasonable timeframe- a plus
- Flexible - must be able to work Day/Night/Weekends/Holiday shifts as scheduled
- Must be able to lift to 20-50 LBS (over 50 LBS team lift)
- Possesses a high degree of initiative
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team orientated environment and self-driven to excel.
- Must be capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to learn High Jump, and Monday - previous WMS experience is a requirement
- Ability to clearly communicate in English & Spanish
- Knowledgeable of food distributor/3 rd party warehouse operation (a plus)
- Prior knowledge of inventory control tasks/function (a plus)
- Basic Computer knowledge (Outlook/Excel/Word a plus)
