Job Description

Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting pick, pack, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, which will align successfully with the company's operations.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Loudon, TN
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 base salary, plus annual bonus

What’s the Job?

1. Supervise all aspects of warehouse operations, including the pick, pack, and shipping functions.
2. Oversee a Third-Party Logistics onsite vendor and collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams.
3. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time, meeting customer satisfaction expectations.
4. Manage and develop Shipping Department procedures to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Resolve shipment issues such as short shipments, incorrect items, and tracking delays in a timely manner.

What’s Needed?

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, with supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of shipping-related paperwork, including bills of lading and packing slips.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, UPS/FedEx online software, and systems such as AS/A400 or SAP.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment with temperature fluctuations and dust.
