Job Description
Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Workday HCM ERP Analyst to join their dynamic HR technology team. This analyst will play a critical role in optimizing and supporting key HCM modules while driving enhancements and reducing manual processes across the enterprise. This hybrid role is based in Fort Worth, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Comp, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Configure and customize the Workday system to align with evolving business needs.
- Lead initiatives to reduce manual workarounds and complete previously unfinished implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, provide technical support, and implement feature releases.
- Support ERP-related projects and integrations, ensuring data accuracy and business continuity.
- Assist in mentoring junior analysts and contribute to documentation and compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules.
- Proven ability to implement module enhancements and feature releases.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional business units.
- Familiarity with UKG is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HRIS, or related field preferred.
