This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shelton, CT for an Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring exceptional experiences for members and guests. Responsibilities will include supervising staff, managing events, overseeing financial processes, maintaining facilities, driving member satisfaction, and supporting administrative tasks.
