About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join its team. The CRO will be responsible for developing a channel-sales team, establishing market strategies, and driving new revenue growth. This senior position requires the ability to motivate and guide the sales team to meet and exceed targets, as well as to cultivate and maintain key customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a focus on software or network technologies, and must be adept at monitoring the competitive landscape for emerging opportunities. The successful candidate for the CRO role at the company will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 20 years' experience in sales leadership. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to not only meet but exceed sales targets, and to ensure the continued growth and success of the organization. The CRO will work closely with the President and Founder, and as such, must be a key player in the executive team, capable of making a significant impact on the company's revenue and market position.
