Hours & Pay

• Pay: $16+ per hour, depending on experience
• Shift: Monday-Friday, daytime hours
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general labor tasks
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Support carpenters, concrete workers, and other skilled trades
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment as trained
• Set up and take down scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Perform other tasks as assigned to help projects stay on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to follow directions and learn on the job
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations
