We have a current opening for a Contracts Administrator at our Sacramento, CA office .

• Complete bid specific prequalifications, experience requirement forms, track and maintain owner/client required prequalifications.
• Provide back up support to Estimating Support Manager to complete bid forms timely and with all necessary documentation, including Addenda and Bid Bonds.
• Provide back up support with good faith efforts as required by the bid documents.
• Assist with gathering subcontractor compliance documents before bid day, including contractor’s license, DIR certification, union status, DBE status, etc.
• Administrate all contracts with customers and subs, resulting in a positive impact for projects, clients and teams
• Maintain all company certification and license statuses
• Build relationships internally and externally that promote a positive experience with the contracts department
• Coordinate and supply insurance certificates and bonds based on specific project requirements (including OCIP & CCIP enrollment).
• Retain, track, and organize contract documents to and from customers and subcontractors
• Incorporate pre-negotiated edits into customer contracts
• Utilize and maintain e-signature platform
• Customize subcontract templates for individual projects

Requirements

• High School Degree/GED/Equivalent
• 2+ Years in contract/accounting environment
• Construction Industry a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of systems; Spectrum, Procore, Adobe E-Sign
• Ability to ready, interpret, understand contract language/what specific terms mean

Salary Range:

$30/hour - $35/hour

• This is an non-exempt position
