We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining a variety of data across different platforms and databases. Our ideal candidate possesses a high level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring that our records remain reliable and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update data accurately into database systems and spreadsheets
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into systems
• Compile and sort information to prepare data for entry
• Generate reports from database systems as required
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Identify and correct errors in data entries

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus
• Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position
• Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 60 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
