Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers significant opportunity for professional growth and the chance to shape and manage multiple brands within our organization. The position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and will play a key role in expanding our digital presence and creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms

· Create engaging visual content including graphics, videos, and promotional materials

· Manage and grow brand presence across various digital channels

· Design and implement content calendars for multiple brands

· Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement

· Create provider-facing communications and marketing materials

· Maintain and update website content

· Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns

· Support community outreach initiatives and events

· Collaborate with clinical teams to effectively communicate complex medical information

· Contribute to brand development and expansion strategies

Required Experience and Skills

Creative Skills

· Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio

· Video production and editing capabilities

· Photography skills and experience with digital media creation

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

· Experience growing and engaging social media audiences

· Understanding of current social media trends and best practices

Technical Skills

· Experience with content management systems and website maintenance

· Knowledge of social media management tools

· Understanding of social media analytics and reporting

· Basic HTML and digital marketing knowledge

Background

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design or related field (or currently enrolled in a program)

· Healthcare background strongly preferred

· 2+ years experience in social media management or digital marketing

· Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences

· Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video work

· Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus

Additional Information

· Hourly Range: $19/hr - $30/hr, commensurate with experience and skills
