Digital Studio Producer (Images)

Location : Hybrid in Beaverton, OR (Onsite Mon - Thu; Remote Fri)

Duration : 5 months

Pay : up to $37.30/hour, DOE (W2 and benefit options)

Planet Interactive is looking for a Digital Studio Producer (Images) to join our well-known retail brand on a 5-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will be hybrid in Beaverton, OR.

This person is an image process specialist, with demonstrated project management experience. The ideal candidate is service-minded and will drive collaboration between teams.

You will provide metrics on task status and negotiate deadlines that fall outside our standard calendars, while managing up any “out of scope” requests.

Digital Studio Producers collaborate with their teammates to ensure an appropriate level of service to all Nike categories & businesses, as well as consistent input into our Design & Production Studios.

Digital Studio Producer (Images) Responsibilities:

• Attend category meetings to proactively seek information needed by studio partners to execute graphics, images, 3D assets, and immersive experiences
• Analyze and investigate any issues identified as a roadblock by studio partners
• Schedule and lead meetings to ensure gates and dates are met in accordance with the standard workflows and processes for the studios as needed
• Leverage data to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of your requests via a project management tool tracker (Wrike / Shotgrid / Airtable)
• Utilize standard tools and processes to help deliver imagery for review with internal and external partners
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes
• Help ensure appropriate teams have what they need to create, sell and manufacture their seasonal Apparel product
• Create and maintain imagery & assets from Concept through Go-To-Market Readiness
• Provide metrics on task status and negotiate deadlines that fall outside standard calendars, while managing up any “out of scope” requests
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an appropriate level of service to all categories & businesses
• Manage information to help create and maintain the Apparel and Footwear product images according to image standards
• Attend, participate in, or conduct meetings between Category partners and the CBPM Studio Operations team to:
• Adhere to the digital asset workflow. Includes visual process mapping and defining technical standards for downstream consumption (inputs / outputs)
• Manage individual workload and calendar – communicate key dates to partners, working across several seasons simultaneously
• Own and maintain asset flow process, organization, and management from brief to hand-off
• Track and report on digital asset status to project team
• Coordinate location and access for digital files with internal and external partners
• Facilitate project team meetings and monitor communication channels to track against deliverables and deadlines
• Act as the main operational support for Design and Production Studios
• Problem solve and collaborate between CODE Ops, Design, CBPM, NXT, and category partners
• Document current processes and peer training

Digital Studio Producer (Images) Qualifications:

• Previous studio experience
• Sports and previous retail / apparel experience a huge plus
• Image process specialist with demonstrated project management experience
• Strong attention to detail and process driven with strong communication skills
• Prior knowledge of end-to-end product creation and 3D tools are a nice to have
