Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Santa Rosa, California. In this role, you will coordinate service calls and dispatch technicians to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your administrative and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the service manager to assign technicians to service calls efficiently. - Schedule and monitor service appointments to ensure timely responses. - Record service call details accurately in the company database. - Dispatch technicians to client locations based on urgency and availability. - Prepare accurate quotes for clients with attention to detail. - Generate invoices and ensure timely billing to clients. - Learn and effectively utilize internal software tools to manage dispatching and administrative tasks. Requirements - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. - Proven administrative abilities to manage scheduling and documentation. - Previous experience in dispatching is highly preferred. - Familiarity with preparing quotes and invoices is an advantage. - Proficiency in computer systems such as CRM, IBM AS/400, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
