Job Description

Phoenix Services has an opening for a “District Sales Manager” Industrial Outside Sales position. The salesperson will be working in the Oil Refining and Petro-Chemical Industry. The “District Sales Manager” Industrial Outside Salesperson will be working closely with up management performing outside sales activities, account management, and business development. There is a large potential for personal, financial, and companywide growth and a strong opportunity and expectation to double the base salary in two years and triple the base salary in three years.

Job Requirements

1. Business, Engineering, Mechanical, Process, or Industrial Sales Background preferred
2. US Citizen
3. Reasonably clean driving record
4. Must pass a background check
5. Must pass reoccurring industrial hair follicle drug screens
6. Self-Motivated
7. Hard Working
8. Honest
9. Logic and Process Oriented
10. Strong people skills
11. Ability to initiate, develop, and maintain relationships.
12. Strong written and verbal skills
13. Involvement in extracurricular activities preferred
14. Strong PC Skills
15. Windows Filing System
16. Windows Office

Compensation

Competitive Salary DOE + Commissions ($75 to $100 Salary DOE + 3% Commissions), B enefits (Health/Dental/Vision/401K), Vehicle Allowance , Cell Phone Allowance, Laptop

Direct reporting to Sales Manager
