Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hospitality-driven Event Coordinator to support the achievement of sales and execution excellence at Commission Row. The Event Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales Coordinator and Sales Manager to manage events from initial planning through post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in high-volume event planning, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for both corporate groups and high-profile clientele.
Qualifications2+ years of high-volume event planning experience, preferably in hospitality or fine dining
Strong background in event execution, guest relations, and staff coordination
Experience supporting menu development in collaboration with culinary teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly under pressure
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Manage the full lifecycle of events at Commission Row, from initial planning to successful execution
Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development and customization to meet client needs and create elevated experiences
Lead and support pre-shift staff training and briefings , ensuring alignment on service standards, event details, and client expectations
Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of events including logistics, timelines, setup/tear down, and day-of oversight
Coordinate with management, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations
Provide exceptional hospitality to VIP and high-profile clients , ensuring a polished and professional experience
Handle day-of event administration including order placement, vendor coordination, and resolution of issues in real time
Maintain detailed event files, reports, and post-event evaluations to support continuous improvement
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
