Executive Director - Senior Living Community

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director in the Agoura Hills area. This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all staff and staff related issues, including hiring, training, and conflict resolution
• Ensure quality care for all residents and facilitate communication with their families
• Assure compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures relevant to the community
• Prepare, maintain and implement operating budget
• Develop and carry out sales and marketing strategy appropriate for the community

Qualifications

• Current CA RCFE license
• 2+ years experience in Senior Living in the role of an Executive Director (or in a similar capacity with proven accomplishments)
• Senior living, assisted living, memory care experience strongly preferred, but will consider healthcare management experience
• Knowledge of all relevant state regulations and policies
• Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem solving

Benefits

As Executive Director in our Agency you can expect a salary between $130,000 - $140,000 per year (DOE) , along with benefits and bonuses mentioned above.
