Field Clinical Specialist – Endoscopy Solutions

Are you a passionate professional with a knack for customer support and a background in clinical or field sales? Join an innovative team dedicated to enhancing patient care through advanced endoscopic technology. We’re seeking a Field Support Specialist to serve as a key resource in providing on-site training, troubleshooting, and technical expertise for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

As a Field Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring optimal use of cutting-edge endoscopy equipment. You’ll provide training, handle troubleshooting, and support our customers in achieving the best clinical outcomes. In this role, you will:

  • Drive Sales Support & Customer Satisfaction: Assist in driving revenue by supporting direct sales teams and sales partners during product demonstrations, both in your designated territory and as needed in other regions.
  • Serve as a Technical Expert: Lead pre-demonstration setup and preparation, ensuring successful clinical demonstrations. Educate customers on proper use and reprocessing techniques for endoscopy equipment.
  • Provide Hands-On Training: Be the primary resource for customer education, offering on-site training and technical support to optimize equipment usage in a variety of clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Product Teams: Partner with internal teams to develop educational resources and training materials for customers, sales representatives, and support teams.
  • Manage VIP Accounts & Field Relationships: Offer specialized support for VIP customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Participate in Industry Events: Attend local, regional, and national trade shows to represent the company, engage with customers, and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to safety regulations, maintain compliance with FDA and ISO standards, and provide regular updates and reports to management.

What You Bring:

The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a customer-first mindset, able to balance technical expertise with exceptional communication skills. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of field sales or clinical experience, ideally in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy. Experience with advanced therapeutic procedures is a major plus.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Special Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs. Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 75%).

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 base salary (depending on experience) + $49,500 in variable compensation opportunity.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits, life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and a company car.
  • Professional Growth: Join a supportive team that values your expertise and offers opportunities for career advancement.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

This position is your chance to be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, providing direct support to clinicians and helping them deliver the highest quality care. You’ll gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment and make a tangible impact on patient outcomes.

Ready to Make a Difference?

If you’re excited about building relationships, supporting cutting-edge technology, and helping healthcare professionals excel, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to get started.
