Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time, hybrid, long-term contract basis. This role is based in Atlantic Beach, Florida, and requires a highly organized individual with a deep understanding of accounting systems and financial processes. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience managing comprehensive bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Utilize accounting software systems, such as Great Plains (GPAC) and Microsoft Excel, to manage and analyze financial data.
• Conduct cash flow analysis and provide insights to support financial decision-making.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to maintain accurate records.
• Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Ensure payroll processing is accurate and timely, including ADP financial services integration.
• Monitor and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Support audits and collaborate with external auditors as needed.
