We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Waterford, Michigan. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will be primarily responsible for providing basic L1 Helpdesk Support and managing various tasks such as triaging incoming messages, device setup, and end-user support. Your role will also involve working with Microsoft Teams, O365, and other hardware and software tools.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 helpdesk support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Triage incoming messages to identify, categorize, and prioritize issues.

• Set up devices such as computers, printers, and phones for end users.

• Assist in password resets and Windows updates to ensure smooth operations.

• Offer end-user support through various channels including call, phone, email, and in-person.

• Utilize Microsoft Teams and O365 for communication and task management.

• Perform basic hardware and software printer and phone support.

• Manage tickets in the system, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of issues.

• Oversee inventory and asset management to maintain accurate records.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and customer service abilities in all interactions.

• Entry-level position, no prior experience required, though any relevant experience will be advantageous.
• Proficient in deployments, capable of managing and executing both large and small scale projects.
• Knowledgeable in both hardware and software, able to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various IT equipment.
• Familiar with ticketing systems, capable of logging, tracking, and resolving user issues efficiently.
• Proficient in O 365, able to manage and troubleshoot any issues related to the platform.
• Expertise in Microsoft Windows, able to navigate, troubleshoot, and provide support for the operating system.
