Looking for a reliable home helper / assistant butler / steward in Henrico to assist weekly on Sundays for 3 to 4 hours starting at noon. Location: 23233 Tuckahoe Pay Rate: $17/hour Tasks may include: - Lift/Load/Carry: trash / groceries - Tidy/Wipedown: reset rooms / pet stations (cat) - Kitchen/Bed linens: change / restock - Inventory/Restock: Paper products and linens - Water Station/Tea Station/ Flower/Plant: Maintenance/Refresh - Broom / Pushbroom - Occasional items including local errands, assembly, garden, unpack - Receiving packages / Coordination of other domestic help If agreed upon in contract, individual could occasionally do home systems assistant tasks which pay $25 per hour and which include: - bookshelf organizing - assisted declutter - non personal paper organization - wiping down/organizing/lining cupboards, pantry, drawers, shelves If agreed upon in contract, individual could occasionally do backup cleaning tasks (stand-in for the regular cleaner) which pay $35 per hour and which include: - bathrooms / kitchen clean and disinfect - mopping floors - window cleaning - vaccuum - other surface cleaning/disinfect - and similar regular (not deep) cleaning tasks After trial period, would require a contract, proof of personal liability insurance, surety bond.
